§ 04

The computation.

Five active-core compounds and the Co-Factor Circuit do not fit together by accident. Anti Grey 1.0 was resolved by pairwise interaction modelling against five constraints at once.

Redox compatibility.

Each antioxidant must regenerate its partners rather than oxidising them. Luteolin and ascorbate were selected because the catechol B-ring of luteolin forms reversible semiquinone intermediates that ascorbate is competent to reduce — a working redox cycle, not two separate antioxidants.

Cofactor dependency.

Melanin biosynthesis requires Copper for tyrosinase and the one-carbon lane for methylation; neither is useful alone. The formulation resolves the cofactor graph so every substrate has its catalyst and every catalyst has its lane.

Methylation-lane fit.

Cobalamin, folate, pyridoxine, and choline run the one-carbon metabolism lane melanocytes depend on. The doses are ratio-fitted to each other, not only to their own published targets, to avoid the homocysteine imbalance a single nutrient at a clinical dose can produce.

Absorption and form.

Every compound is carried in the chemical form its clinical evidence used — luteolin as its aglycone, ashwagandha as a standardised withanolide extract, copper as the gluconate salt. No methylated or proprietary form smuggles a different pharmacology in under a name the evidence never tested.

Two-capsule discipline.

The above four constraints were resolved against a fifth: everything has to fit inside two capsules a day. Most formulations solve the first four by asking for four, six, eight capsules. Anti Grey 1.0 solves them at two.
